Target FM are looking for an Administration Assistant Apprentice to join our growing team.

Target-FM offer National Reactive maintenance, PPM & Compliance Services, Account Management; as well as Project Management, delivered by our 24/7 Helpdesk and operational team based in Livingston.

As an Administration Assistant with Target-FM, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy office. You will learn a wide range of skills and gain valuable experience, including:
Key Responsibilities
· Point of contact for clients and suppliers via telephone and email.
· Collation of supplier reporting assisting the wider operations team.
· Updating and closing of reactive, PPM and quoted works on our CAFM system, along with updating clients and client portals in real time when required.
· Book engineer visits directly with the clients’ sites, ensuring attendance at a convenient time.
· Collation of weekly/monthly client overview reports.
· Type up quotations and uplift requests for clients pending management sign off.

· Computer literate. Basic IT skills (training will be provided).

Shifts/Hours
- This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 9.00AM-5.30PM
Apprenticeship Information
This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your administration role. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated apprenticeship skills coach and your mentor at Target-FM. Your coach and mentor will ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align to your day-to-day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level.
