We currently have an opportunity to join a growing business with sites all over the North of England, and are looking for people to join our team in Huddersfield. The post is for a relief cleaner to work as and when required, to cover holidays etc. Once established should a vacancy become available you would be offered the role.
You must be available to work between the following hours
Monday to Friday 4am - 6pm
Please note, these are not contracted hours.
The Role:
- General cleaning duties to include vacuuming, mopping and damp wiping
- Washroom cleaning
- Replenishment of washroom consumables
- Using chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations
- Working within Health & Safety guidelines
- Using motorised cleaning machines.
The Person:
- Well presented
- Full driving licence with own vehicle or use of vehicle
- Must be flexible
- Polite and courteous
- Conscientious with an eye for detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic understanding of oral and written English
- Experience of using a walk behind scrubber dryer is preferred but full training will be given.
- General cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- All work on Leeds road area
Training and uniform will be provided along with a fuel allowance due to the use of your own vehicle.
