⭐ About the home:
This residential care provider operates both a 3x bedded and a 4x bedded home in Horley, and is looking for some experienced residential childcare prfessionals to support both their existing and new service.
The operational home was opened in 2021 and has a 'GOOD' Ofsted rating and prides itself on its family-like model. The home is supported by an in-house clinical psychologist who takes advantage of the home's calm countryside location and utilises methods such as animal therapy to create a positive environment for both the young people and staff.
Currently, the home is supported by a staff team made up of an experienced Registered Manager, who had previously been promoted from Deputy-level, and 8 other permanent team members.
Shifts and working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- 07:30 - 23:00
- 07:30 - 15:00
- 14:00 - 23:00
- 2x sleep-ins per week, each paid at £50

- Minimum of 2 years working within Residential Childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License (essential)
