This is a hybrid remote role primarily responsible for managing complex customer project rollouts. The position involves working directly with customers, third-party installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution.
What you will do

Collaborate with the Project Manager and ISR to schedule project orders.

Maintain customer rollout schedules.

Allocate stock to project orders and create manual project orders when needed.

Schedule deliveries according to project timelines.
-
Track orders and manage failed deliveries or DOA issues.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to support order processing.

Provide weekly stock control reports, including forecasting and back-order tracking.

Generate daily shipment reports with serial numbers.

Monitor open orders and resolve issues promptly.

Assist with risk management alongside the Project Manager.

Maintain customer focus and report issues or feedback promptly.

Comply with information security and data protection policies, including safeguarding information assets and reporting security weaknesses.
