Responsibilities
- Support nursing staff by assisting with patient care activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Implement and update individual care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring consistency and quality of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents , families, and healthcare team members to provide updates and gather important information.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, observations, and any changes in patient condition using IT systems.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of resident environments by adhering to infection control protocols and organizational standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and new procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience or training in nursing or healthcare support is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
