We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Planned Repairs Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We’d love to hear from you if plumbing is your main trade, as most of your work will focus on bathroom refits. You’ll be based in Swansea, mainly working on planned maintenance. Skills in carpentry or other trades would be a bonus, as you’ll sometimes help with reactive repairs and voids. Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Bridgend area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

Skills and experience needed
- City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing (or significant experience)
- Practical experience in plumbing, ideally in domestic settings
- Confidence working in people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
- Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic carpentry, plastering, brickwork)
- Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
