Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (35 hours per week) although the successful candidate will be required to be flexible working in order to attend events that start either before 9.00 am or after 5.00 pm.
LOCATION
- Milton Keynes (although the successful candidate will also be required to attend our other office locations as and when this is required by your manager).
- Ideally the successful candidate needs to attend the Milton Keynes office 5 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will provide administrative support to the Marketing team as follows: -
- Assisting the marketing team with:
- database management and administration, currently using Hubspot, training to be provided
- marketing projects and events, both at our offices and at external venues including creating badges for guests and managing acceptances and guest lists
- taking headshots and photos for the website and social media
- social media campaigns and direct mail communications
- creating promotional material including team sheets and brochures with the team’s support
- uploading web articles and blogs including any required website amends with the team’s support
- preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the firm’s events and presentations
- responding to and referring business enquiries to appropriate teams as and when required
- internal communications to include newsletters, flyers, posters and events
- arrange team meetings, sending calendar invitations and circulate follow ups/action points
- carrying out market research and other relevant information that helps develop marketing plans
- general support and assistance
- all training will be provided
Essential
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of client care
- Flexible working of hours in order to assist with breakfast/evening events both virtually and face to face in our offices and at external venues
- Ability to work as part of the team and also work well independently
- Confidence and ability to communicate well
- Excellent academics
- Able to work collaboratively and fit into a friendly, busy team
