Cantref Adventure Farm & Riding Centre is looking for enthusiastic, confident and experienced Trekking Guides to join our friendly team for weekends and school holidays.
Set in the heart of the stunning Brecon Beacons, you'll spend your days leading unforgettable horse riding experiences through our farm and the beautiful surrounding countryside. No two days are the same!
What you'll be doing:
- Leading 20-minute, 1-hour, half-day and full-day horse treks.
- Delivering our popular Own a Pony Days and VIP Pamper Pony Experiences.
- Matching riders with suitable horses and providing friendly safety briefings.
- Helping with horse care, yard duties and ensuring the yard is clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Creating amazing memories for riders of all ages and abilities through outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced and confident horse rider.
- Is friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- Has excellent communication skills and a calm, reassuring manner.
- Understands horse welfare and always puts safety first.
- Is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a team.
- Doesn't mind getting stuck in and working outdoors in all weathers.
