We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our team at Takayama. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Present menus and confidently describe dishes and drinks
- Make thoughtful recommendations on food and drink specials
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly and with care
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service at all times
- Check presentation and quality of dishes before serving
- Carry out end-of-day cleaning of the restaurant and toilets
- Handle customer requests, dietary requirements, and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Present bills and process payments accurately
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations
- Serve alcoholic drinks at the bar (must be 18+)

Requirements:
- Must be 18+ due to licensing laws and alcohol service
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team spirit
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- Good knowledge of Japanese and Korean dishes
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, engagement, and passion matter most, as full training will be provided
