Duties
- Prepare and assemble fried chicken, burgers, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage food inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in training new team members on food prep techniques, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, especially in fast-paced settings, is advantageous
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and positivity enhances your fit for this role
