What You’ll Be Doing

- Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional welcome to visitors, guests, suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming office environment across all workspaces.
- Manage office supplies, refreshments and facilities stock, ensuring adequate levels at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the smooth delivery of internal and external meetings.
- Oversee visitor management, including sign-in procedures, guest access and security compliance.
- Liaise with building management and external suppliers to resolve maintenance and facilities issues.
- Support new starter onboarding through access control, mobile phone setup and technology provisioning.
- Provide administrative, operational and first-line IT support, including assistance with projects and office systems.
What You Need to Succeed
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills, delivering a professional and welcoming experience to colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a range of business systems, with the confidence to support day-to-day technology and administrative requirements.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing administrative role, providing exceptional service and building positive working relationships across the business.
