Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Promote products and services through effective communication and persuasive negotiation techniques
- Manage customer transactions accurately using Shopify point-of-sale equipment
- Maintain organised displays and stock levels to optimise sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a retail setting
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Ability to drive and navigate different locations as required for client visits or store support
- Proficiency in IT systems, including point-of-sale software, email, and basic organisational tools
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of the principles of B2B sales, customer service excellence, and effective communication strategies
- A proactive attitude with the flexibility to adapt quickly in a lively environment
