The Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will:
● Create and tailor holidays to suit each client’s individual requirements
● Handle customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to booking
● Work with a wide range of tour operators and travel suppliers
● Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
● Work towards individual and store sales targets
● Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the booking journey
● Work closely with the rest of the team to contribute to the continued success of the store
Experience Required
A minimum of 2 years’ recent high-street travel-agency experience is essential for this position.
Applicants must have experience selling holidays within a travel agency environment and be confident dealing with customers, suppliers and bookings.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
