HOUSE SUPERVISOR (Non-Residential)
St John’s is an almshouse providing independent living for a community of 43 residents in Heytesbury, near Warminster. The trustees are appointing a new House Supervisor to take up the appointment in late 2026. The House Supervisor is a key member of a small St John’s team, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and supportive community.
The House Supervisor will be a friendly and approachable point of contact for residents during weekday working hours and will have experience and empathy in providing appropriate practical support for older people when needed, and helping residents to access suitable services where their needs extend beyond the role of this charity.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate experience and enjoy working with older people. This is not a warden, personal care or medical role.
There is a competitive salary. The closing date for applicants is 30th September 2026. The shortlist will be finalised by 12th October and these candidates will have the opportunity to visit St John's before the Interviews which will take place on Monday 19th October
