We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Project Co-ordinator to work in our Deployment Team and lead the successful rollout of digital solutions into live customer environments.
Working with the Deployment Services Lead, you'll take ownership of deployments from initial planning through to go-live and post-implementation, acting as the key link between customers, stakeholders and our internal teams. You’ll make sure projects stay on track, risks and issues are managed, and customers are fully prepared and supported throughout the process.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate digital solution deployments, both remotely and onsite.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout deployment.
- Coordinate onboarding, account setup, training and go-live activity.
- Work closely with customers to understand their operational processes and ensure a smooth implementation.
- Facilitate project and progress meetings, tracking actions, risks and issues.
- Coordinate training sessions and provide supporting eLearning resources.
- Monitor delivery against agreed scope, timescales and budget.
- Provide clear progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time.
- Capture lessons learned and continually improve how we deliver future deployments.
This role would suit someone who combines strong project coordination skills with excellent communication and customer relationship skills. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deployments simultaneously, solving problems and keeping delivery moving in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within healthcare, digital health, technology deployment or NHS environments would be advantageous, but strong implementation and project management experience from other sectors would also be welcomed.
