This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to join an innovative, fast-paced and market-changing fintech. Our Finance team is looking for someone who is keen to learn and to make a real and positive contribution to the team.
Relationship Building: Form excellent relationships with internal budget-holders and stakeholders e.g. Legal, Infosec, Finance, Tech.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a highly collaborative approach to teamwork that builds trust and aligns cross-functional peers
Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail when handling data, contracts, and financial records.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and MS Excel
Self-reliant and highly organised, with the time-management skills required to prioritise multi-stream tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
Resilient and proactive in supplier data management—consistently following up to ensure deliverable deadlines are met while supporting positive vendor relationships
Proven ability to build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal business stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptable, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity
