Part-Time / Seasonal Positions Available
The Belgrave Hotel is a family-run hotel in Tenby, proudly welcoming guests since 1971. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, helpful service and creating a warm atmosphere for both hotel residents and visitors.
We are looking for 2 part-time / seasonal Waiters or Waitresses to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll be working as part of our front-of-house team, helping to deliver a great dining experience for our guests. Duties will include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, keeping the dining area clean and tidy, and working closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
Main Duties
- Greet guests and show them to their tables
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the till/POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer guest questions about the menu, ingredients and allergens
- Keep tables, menus and dining areas clean and presentable
- Clear plates, glasses and cutlery promptly
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams
- Handle bill payments when required
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

- Previous experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
Hours
Days and hours will be discussed at interview.
Typical shifts include:
- Morning: 7:30am – 12:00pm approx.
- Evening: 5:00pm – close
Please note: This is a seasonal role only. Shifts will be available during our peak trading periods in May and September/October, with no hours available outside of these months.
Pay: £13.55 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tenby, Pembrokeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
