About the vacancy:
We're looking for an organised and proactive M&E Support Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support across our Electrical, Heating & Servicing teams. You'll help ensure repairs, servicing, compliance programmes and planned works run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, coordinating information, supporting customer communications and monitoring key compliance activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and IT skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent support services that contribute to safe, compliant and customer-focused outcomes for residents.
Specifically, in the role you will:
Administration & Programme Support

Provide administrative support across electrical compliance, repairs, planned works, gas servicing, heating repairs, installations, commercial heating and maintenance programmes.
- Maintain accurate records, update management systems and support the processing of work orders and servicing activities.
- Manage shared inboxes, workflow trackers and team documentation.
- Assist with the administration of electrical certification, Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSRs), servicing records and other compliance documentation.
- Support the ordering of equipment, materials and supplies as required.
Compliance, Data & Reporting

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain electronic filing systems for electrical, heating and servicing records.
- Monitor programme milestones, servicing schedules, certification dates and compliance deadlines.
- Produce routine reports and performance information for managers.
- Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews through the collation of documentation, evidence and certification records.
Operational Coordination & Communication

Coordinate communication between operatives, engineers, supervisors, contractors and internal teams.
- Track progress of repairs, servicing, compliance, planned maintenance and installation programmes, following up outstanding actions where required.
- Support appointment administration, resident communications and access arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes and action trackers and support effective information sharing across the service.
Customer Service & Continuous Improvement

Provide professional and timely responses to customer and stakeholder enquiries.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service through effective administration and communication.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and administrative process reviews.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the role to support the Electrical, Heating & Servicing teams and wider Property Services function.
