Marketing Manager — BnblyJob Overview
Bnbly is looking for an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across both sides of our business: attracting guests to book our short-stay properties, and winning the trust of landlords and property owners considering our Full Management service. In this role, you'll develop marketing strategies spanning listing platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo), our own website, and paid and organic channels, while also building the campaigns and materials that bring new landlords on board. You'll analyse performance across bookings, occupancy and owner enquiries to keep our marketing sharp and data-led, and you'll work closely with our operations, guest services and business development teams to make sure every campaign reflects the quality of the stays and the service we deliver. This is a chance to shape how Bnbly is seen by both guests and property owners, in a fast-growing, hands-on business.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that grow direct bookings, strengthen our presence across short-let platforms, and build brand awareness among landlords and property owners in our target areas.
Lead and coordinate marketing projects end to end — from new listing launches and seasonal booking campaigns to landlord acquisition drives — keeping everything on budget and on schedule.
Analyse booking trends, guest reviews, occupancy and pricing data, and landlord enquiry conversion, using these insights to refine campaigns and messaging.
Manage the creation of marketing content and materials, including listing copy, landlord-facing brochures and presentations, email campaigns, and social media content, using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Work closely with the operations, guest services and business development teams to ensure marketing campaigns for the Full Management service accurately reflect what we offer, and support the wider goal of winning new landlord partnerships.
Oversee our digital presence, including social media, email marketing, our website, and listing optimisation across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
Communicate campaign objectives clearly to the wider team and to stakeholders, including property owners considering our services.
Keep across trends in the short-let and property management sector, and emerging tools and technology, to keep Bnbly's marketing ahead of the curve.
Maintain clear, organised records of marketing activity, campaign performance and project timelines to support ongoing reporting and improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within property, hospitality, short-term rentals or another fast-paced consumer-facing sector.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of running multiple campaigns at once without things slipping.
Confident analysing data from booking platforms, website analytics and campaign performance to guide decisions — comfortable in Excel and similar tools.
Experience building marketing that speaks to two different audiences: consumers (guests booking a stay) and B2B partners (landlords and property owners).
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate across teams, including operations and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing platforms, and ideally exposure to short-let or property management systems (e.g. Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo channel management, PriceLabs or similar).
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail across planning, execution and reporting.
Strong time management, with a track record of hitting deadlines without compromising quality.
Join Bnbly as our Marketing Manager and help shape how we're seen — by the guests who book with us, and the landlords who trust us with their properties. It's a role where creativity and strategy meet real, visible impact on the business.
