The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Gardener/Labourer to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor areas across our supported living properties, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and well-presented. The successful candidate will also provide occasional support with property clearances and assist the wider team with general day-to-day tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas
- Strimming and hedge cutting
- General garden maintenance and upkeep
- Collecting and disposing of rubbish and garden waste
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Assisting with property clearances when required
- Supporting the maintenance team with general tasks as needed
- Driving company vehicles between sites
Requirements
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Physically fit, as the role involves manual labour and outdoor work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle required
- Comfortable driving larger vans and company vehicles
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
