With the opening of our brand-new flagship Barnham office and our continued expansion across West Sussex, we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic individual to become our very first Property Content Creator Apprentice.
This isn't your average apprenticeship.
You'll work directly alongside our Directors and senior team, helping to build one of the region's most exciting independent estate agency brands whilst learning professional photography, videography, drone operation, digital marketing and content creation.
No two days will ever be the same.
About the Role
As part of our growing team, you'll gain hands-on experience creating high-quality marketing content across every aspect of our business.
Your role will include:
- Photographing beautiful homes across West Sussex
- Producing professional property videos
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Learning aerial photography and videography using our DJI drone
- Editing photographs and videos
- Designing marketing materials and brochures
- Visiting exciting development sites and new homes projects
- Covering networking events and community initiatives
- Helping launch our brand-new Barnham office
- Creating website and email marketing content
- Supporting our Land & New Homes department
- Working alongside experienced property professionals and learning the industry from the ground up
Professional Equipment & Training
You'll have access to professional equipment to help you create exceptional content, including:
- Professional mirrorless camera
- Professional lenses
- DJI drone for aerial photography and videography
- Gimbal and stabilisation equipment
- Tripods
- Lighting equipment
- Editing software
- Company laptop and equipment required for the role
We'll provide training on our equipment, including how to safely and legally operate our drone in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, helping you develop specialist skills that are increasingly in demand.
What We're Looking For
We're not expecting years of experience.
We're looking for someone with creativity, enthusiasm and the drive to learn.
This role would particularly suit someone who has recently completed A Levels or a college course in Photography, Media, Film, Digital Marketing, Creative Arts or a similar subject and is looking to turn their passion into a career. However, if you're self-taught, have built your own portfolio or create content in your spare time, we'd still love to hear from you.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for photography, videography or content creation
- Loves social media and digital marketing
- Has a creative eye and excellent attention to detail
- Is confident meeting new people
- Is reliable, organised and motivated
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Wants to build a long-term career in a creative industry
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar editing software would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Essential Requirements
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle (travel between our offices and properties across West Sussex is an essential part of the role)
✔ Eligible to undertake a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship
✔ A passion for creativity and producing exceptional content

- £18,000–£22,000 salary
