The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead our Southport store with energy, confidence and care.
This is much more than a traditional Store Manager role. You’ll have genuine responsibility for the performance, culture and day-to-day running of the entire store, with the freedom to take ownership as though it were your own business.
You’ll lead a team of 22 people, including:
- A store sales team of seven
- An administration team of four
- A warehouse and delivery team of eleven
You’ll also have our exceptional Warehouse Manager and Administration Manager reporting directly to you. Your own reporting line will be directly to the Commercial Director, giving you genuine influence, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference.
You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset and a natural flair for people management to every decision. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- People: Inspire, coach and lead happy, high-performing teams across sales, administration, warehouse and delivery
- Product: Promote our passion for beautiful, high-quality furniture
- Performance: Drive results through motivation, teamwork, accountability and smart planning
- Presentation: Create a showroom that customers love spending time in
- Operations: Bring every part of the store together to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ownership: Take responsibility for the store’s performance as though it were your own business
About You

What You’ll Need
- A proven track record of leading teams in high-ticket retail
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- The ability to create a great culture and drive consistent performance
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing store performance
- The ability to lead sales, administration, warehouse and delivery teams
- The confidence and ambition to run the store as though it were your own business
