About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be part of a dedicated team in our Supported Living Services in Wolverhampton or Dudley, or our 8-bed Adults residential home in Wolverhampton, supporting adults aged from 18 with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism & ADHD
- Sensory and physical needs
- Emotional and behavioural challenges
Many of our young people have experienced trauma or neglect, so your role as a Support Worker is vital in helping them feel safe, valued and supported.
Your day could include:
- Supporting daily routines and independence skills
- Taking young people to, appointments and community activities
- Creating fun, engaging experiences
- Building trusted, positive relationships
- Supporting behaviour positively and safely
Flexible Working Patterns
We offer both Day and Night roles:
Days:
- Early, late and long day shifts
Nights:
- 9pm – 8am or 9am shifts
- All roles include alternate weekends
- Rotas planned across Monday–Sunday
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for people who genuinely care and want to make a difference.
You’ll ideally have:
- Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete with our support).
- Experience supporting people with additional or complex needs
You’ll also be:
- Compassionate, patient and resilient
- A strong communicator with good written skills
- Confident in managing challenging situations
- A team player who can also use their own initiative
- Someone who brings energy, ideas and positivity
Driving licence preferred (but not essential)
