About the role
Dynamic Kitchen Ltd, an authorised Saladmaster dealership, is looking for a confident and organised Lead Generation & Cooking Show Coordinator.
You will generate and follow up customer leads, convert referrals and enquiries into booked Health & Nutrition Cooking Shows, manage appointments and support our consultants’ schedules.
This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and achieving results.
Key responsibilities
Generate new leads through referrals, customer follow-ups, promotions and events
Contact potential customers by phone, email and messaging
Explain and promote our complimentary Health & Nutrition Cooking Shows
Convert leads and referrals into qualified appointments
Book, confirm and reschedule cooking shows
Send reminders and follow up to maximise attendance
Coordinate consultants’ schedules and availability
Update CRM records with lead sources, customer details and outcomes
Re-engage previous or inactive leads
Work towards weekly lead-generation, booking and conversion targets
Provide a friendly and professional customer experience
About you
Confident making outbound calls and speaking with new people
Friendly, persuasive and able to build rapport
Motivated by targets and measurable results
Organised, proactive and reliable
Resilient when handling objections or unsuccessful calls
Comfortable using email, calendars and CRM systems
Previous lead generation, appointment setting, sales or customer service experience is desirable but not necessary
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Pay: £12.71-£15.50 per hour
