Pay: £13.05 per hour (including £0.34 enhancement)

Diamond House Care Home is seeking a Night Senior Carer to provide high-quality care and leadership to our team during night shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the very best care and support.
Your Role:
- Take responsibility for the overall well-being and care needs of residents throughout the night.
- Lead a team of care assistants, offering guidance, support, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Administer medications and provide assistance with personal care tasks.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions, responding to any changes promptly and reporting to senior management.
- Maintain a calm, safe, and secure environment, ensuring residents’ dignity and comfort.
- Assist with the leadership of the care team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and care delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous care experience in a senior or leadership role is required.
✅ Strong team management and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work full-time night shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.
