Location: Boyn Grove Resource Centre, Maidenhead
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: £24,791.39 FTE (£12.85ph)

Dementia Resource Centre is our specialist hub for older adults with a formal diagnosis of dementia. Here, people can socialise, stay active, enjoy sensory experiences, and receive tailored support designed to enhance their quality of life. We are recruiting:
- Full-time; 37 hours | Mon-Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm
Our
Learning Disability Day Service provides stimulating activities and opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with physical disabilities to enjoy the things that matter, stay mentally and physically active and develop new skills. We are recruiting:
- Full-time; 37 hours | Mon-Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm
- Part-time; 22.5 hours | Wed-Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm (12-month fixed term contract)

The Role
As an Activity Support Organiser, you will provide high quality, person-centred support and help deliver meaningful activities catered to the interests of the people we support. You’ll engage and motivate people to take part in our exciting range of on-site activities and events in the community, and support with life skills, as well as emotional and physical wellbeing.
The role will also involve care responsibilities, which may include administering medication, supporting with personal care, helping with meals and assisting with mobility.

About You
Experience in the care sector would be beneficial but is not necessary – what we are looking for is personality, creativity and some interesting hobbies that will engage our customers. Full training is provided, including classroom-based learning, shadowing experienced staff and online sessions.
A manual UK driving licence is required for this role as you will be driving our service vehicles to transport people we support throughout the day.
