We're recruiting for experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisors to join a major logistics operation supporting one of the world's largest retailers. If you have a proven background in warehouse leadership, enjoy managing people and thrive in a fast paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You'll be responsible for leading a shift on a volume scale, ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently and delivers against demanding customer expectations.

The Role
As Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day to day success of the warehouse, ensuring your team is motivated, productive and working safely at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a warehouse team.
- Planning workloads and ensuring operational targets are achieved.
- Monitoring productivity, quality and performance throughout the shift.
- Managing attendance and supporting employee performance where required.
- Working closely with the wider operations team to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse.
- Responding quickly to operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Liaising with recruitment partners to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
About You
You'll be an experienced warehouse leader who is confident managing people and making decisions in a busy operational environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure.
- Experience within a pick and pack environment would be advantageous.
