An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ruthin and Dolgellau Agency.
About the role:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join us at NFU Mutual's Ruthin and Dolgellau agency, based in the Ruthin agency. We offer an extensive range of personal and commercial insurance products with expertise to both our farming and non-farming customers.
As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be required to deliver a high level of customer service in person and over the phone dealing with new policies and existing policies and deliver and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency.
Within your first year, you will study towards your NFU Mutual Insurance licences, which involves e-learning, self-direct learning and interactive webinars. You will learn all you need to know about our NFU Mutual products. Once licenced, you will be providing customer service in relation to our motor, personal, and commercial insurance policies.
Whether you have previous insurance experience or not, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team.
About You:
- Fluency in the Welsh Language beneficial.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Professional manner.
- Equivalent to Grade C in GCSE English and Maths.
