We are looking for a reliable and experienced HMO Cleaner to join our team on a part-time/full-time basis.
This role involves cleaning multiple Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) across Birmingham to a high standard. You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms and other shared spaces are kept clean, hygienic and presentable.
Essential Requirements (Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered):
- Previous HMO cleaning experience is essential.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable car is essential, as you will be travelling between properties across Birmingham.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- The right to work in the UK.
Duties Include:
- Cleaning communal kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living areas.
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising all communal spaces.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage.
- Ensuring all properties are maintained to a consistently high standard.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies where required.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
