Job Summary:
We are seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to provide evidence-based mental health support, promote wellbeing, and help individuals achieve positive outcomes. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional with strong communication and assessment skills.
What you'll do:
- Deliver low-intensity psychological interventions and wellbeing support.
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Provide psychoeducation and self-management guidance.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external services.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safeguarding policies.
- Support continuous service improvement and positive patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience in mental health, psychological wellbeing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices is an advantage.

Pay: £34,800.00-£46,800.00 per year
