About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them remain independent while improving their quality of life.
Every visit is different, but your duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals
- Companionship
- Shopping and light household duties
- Promoting independence
- Following personalised care plans
- Reporting any changes in health or wellbeing
- Completing electronic care records
