Registered Manager – Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Salary: £40,053 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our 9-bed residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a caring and skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the overall management and quality of the service, ensuring it meets all regulatory, clinical, and organisational standards. You’ll support and develop the team, promote best practice, and maintain a warm, supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver safe, high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC and organisational standards
- Develop and maintain personalised care plans and risk assessments
- Manage staffing, recruitment, supervision, and performance
- Oversee budgets, resources, and administrative processes
- Liaise effectively with families, health professionals, and external agencies
- Foster a culture of respect, empowerment, and inclusion
About You
- Previous management or senior experience in a residential or complex care setting
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care (willing to work towards Level 5)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs, including non-verbal individuals and wheelchair users
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
