Are you an experienced hospitality supervisor looking for a new challenge, or a trainee supervisor looking to take the next steps in your career?
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Helping to oversee daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient running of the pub in the absence of the General Manager.
- Managing, motivating, and scheduling staff if required.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring food and drink quality and presentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with locals and customers alike.
What We Are Looking For/Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous supervisory or trainee supervisory experience in a pub or hospitality setting is a MUST.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage conflict.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
