What Is EQ Academy?
EQ Academy is a six-month accelerated development programme designed for ambitious individuals aged 18-21 who want to build a career in business, sales, recruitment and technology.
This isn’t about making coffee or sitting in training rooms.
From day one you’ll be working on live projects, supporting consultants, engaging with healthcare professionals, using AI tools and learning how modern businesses create opportunities and grow.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.

- Supporting consultant workflows.
Candidate Engagement
- Connecting with professionals through LinkedIn.

- Building relationships with candidates.
- Booking introductory conversations.
Business Development Support
- Researching prospective clients.
- Creating market maps and target lists.
- Supporting outreach activity.
- Helping consultants generate new opportunities.
Personal Brand Development
