Join our friendly team in our growing nursery in Stafford Park, Telford with excellent resources caring for children aged 1 year to 4 years. The role includes planning and carrying out the children's fun development activities and ensuring that their well-being is foremost. As room leader you will be expected to support your team and guide them with planning and activities and encouraging staff to work together. Coaching and training options will help you reach your full potential in highest-quality childcare and teamwork.
Rooms are dedicated to one of 5 different age groups, with a full range of appropriate resources.
Outdoor play is one of our attractions, our natural large shady gardens have a great variety of learning experiences outdoors, with different areas and resources to suit each age group, constantly being developed with your ideas, a Forest School under our large trees, plus plenty of bikes and active games.
The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum level 3 in Early Years Childcare with a minimum of 1 years experience working in a nursery. You will be caring and sensitive with a real passion for helping children develop and have fun! Experience of leading a team preferred but not essential.
37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday
Salary - 26,032.50 per anum
Holidays: Minimum 5.6 weeks including bank holidays
