We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Lincoln.
In this role, you’ll be working as part of a 2-man delivery team, delivering flat-packed furniture safely and on time to our customers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every delivery is a positive experience, providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
- Completing deliveries of flat-packed furniture to customers’ homes
- Working closely with your delivery partner as part of a 2-person team
- Checking orders before leaving the depot to ensure accuracy
- Loading and unloading vehicles (this role involves heavy lifting)
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
From time to time, you may also support the warehouse team, which can include duties involving manual handling.
Working hours:
- Early starts between 2:00am and 5:00am
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
What we’re looking for:
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only, e.g. SP30)
- Good knowledge of UK roads and routes
- Confident using sat nav systems
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Friday is essential
