Monday-Friday Hours between 9am-3pm (Flexible)
Production Team Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Transfer products from bulk stock into relevant containers for sale.
- Accurately process incoming stock Organic and Non Organic as per our policy's and procedures.
- To maintain excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene on a personal level, and around work station and equipment.
- Ability to handle heavy and bulky items in a safe manner according to our Health & Safety policy.
- To establish and maintain good and efficient working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and management.
- To maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
- Strong team member who works efficiently and in unity.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Ability to make accurate and informed decisions.
- Strong ability to successfully multi-task.
- To be able to initiate and implement change.
Qualification/Skills:
- Eye for detail.
- Aim for accuracy and precision at all times.
- Able to handle heavier items.
- Manually dexterous.
- Ability to maintain concentration whilst completing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in close proximity with team members.
- Highly competent in navigating computer systems.
- Ability to understand stock control systems and use them efficiently.
- Willingness to learn.
Due to company size, duties may consist of a number of additional responsibilities according to abilities and interest.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
