We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting patients with mobility and transferring needs
- Administering medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environment
- Supported clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safety at all times
- Responding promptly to emergencies with appropriate first aid procedures and escalation protocols
