The Role
We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Operative to join our production team in High Care. The role is ideal for someone passionate about high quality food production and keen to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the production team of the production process.
- Moving produce around the kitchen to support line staff
- Weighing and measuring ingredients.
- Washing ingredients
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for production.
- Has worked in a similar environment.
- Be required to work at least 48 hours a week Monday to Sunday.
- Have experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrate a true passion for food and quality

Schedule:
- Typically 8-10 hour shift
- Monday – Sunday (guaranteed 5days of shifts)
Must have own transportation.
