We will start you on tyre fitting and pay for 100% of your training. As you learn, you will work your way up to becoming a fully certified Alloy Wheel Technician.Your Career Progression RoadmapWe don't expect you to know everything on day one. - Step 1: Tyre fitting, removal, and balancing.
- Step 2: Structural prepping, sanding, and sandblasting.
- Step 3: Premium alloy wheel painting and powder coating.
- Step 4: High-tech Diamond Cutting CNC lathe operation.
- Step 5: Specialist TIG welding for structural wheel repairs.
What You’ll Be Doing Daily
- Learning to remove, fit, and balance tyres safely.
- Inspecting alloy wheels for damage, cracks, or corrosion.
- Using hand and power tools (grinders, polishers) to prep wheels for painting.
- Assisting with heavy lifting of wheels and tyres throughout the day.
- Keeping the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
- Documenting your work and quality checks accurately.

- Physically Fit: Ability to lift heavy wheels and tyres repeatedly using proper technique.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in your work to ensure wheels look brand new.
- Experience: None required! Full training is provided from scratch. Prior tyre fitting or DIY tool experience is a bonus
