As a Night Trunker, you’ll play a key role in keeping our network running smoothly, ensuring goods are moved efficiently between depots so our customers get what they need, when they need it.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving Class 2 vehicles between Bidfood depots (trunking routes)
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Loading and unloading vehicles where required
- Handling ambient, chilled and frozen products
- Completing temperature checks and maintaining product quality throughout your shift
- Supporting yard movements and shunting where needed
- Working as part of a close-knit night team to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Valid Class 2 licence up-to-date
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- A reliable and safety-focused approach
- Comfortable working nights in a physically active role
- A team player who takes pride in their work
