ITP Packaging Ltd is a supplier of industrial packaging, based in Southport. We supply direct to our wide range of Key Account Customers but also have online sales channels, including our own ecommerce store.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our sales office to join our growing team of customer focused individuals. Likewise, we also value our employees and encourage personal development and growth. This enables us to offer exceptional service to our customers.
This is a office based role focused on offering excellent customer service through inbound calls and emails. General overview of duties include:
- Process inbound sales orders.
- Communicate with customers through phone and email.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Providing basic product support (training will be provided)
- Monitoring and recording customer issues
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analyse customer needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
