We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to become part of our welcoming and supportive team.

What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you'll:
- Create engaging, child-led learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Support children's learning and development through play.
- Work as part of a friendly, passionate team.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
- Observe children's progress and contribute to planning in line with the EYFS.
- Bring warmth, creativity and enthusiasm to everything you do.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Has a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
- Is kind, positive and a great team player.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is committed to providing outstanding care and education.
- Holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate and enhanced DBS (desirable, but support can be provided).
