What you’ll be doing
- Leading and motivating the salon team. Delivering an exceptional client experience. Driving salon performance, retail sales and business growth. Supporting recruitment, training and team development. Managing the day-to-day running of the salon. Working alongside the franchise owner to achieve exciting business goals. Creating a positive, professional and inspiring working environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous salon management or senior stylist leadership experience. Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Has excellent communication and leadership skills. Can inspire, motivate and develop a successful team. Is commercially minded and driven to achieve results. Leads by example with professionalism and positivity.
