To oversee/maintain the care of all Service Users within the Home and, in the absence of Home Managers, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Home. To delegate tasks and monitor all Staff activity.

The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive induction / training package, 5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year and registration into our company pension scheme.
We offer 36 hours per week, working 3 days x 12 hour shifts 8am to 8pm. working alternate weekends. Required to partake in an Oncall Rota (5 days in every 4 weeks)
A full driving license is required for this position.

A valid driving license is required for this role, as you may need to travel between care homes. Your expertise in senior care will be vital in fostering a nurturing environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the care team to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to address concerns and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home environment.
- Drive as needed to facilitate resident appointments and activities.
