We are a busy well established (34years this year!) hair salon based in Kirkcaldy and we are looking to recruit fully qualified hairstylists to join our team.
We are looking for stylists who have a passion for hairdressing, bespoke hair styling to the clients requirements combined with a high standard of guest care which keep our clients coming back to us time after time.
You must have at least 3 years salon floor experience and be fully trained to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
These are employed positions and we offer highly competitive pay rates which are based on a guaranteed hourly rate or commission which ever is greater, pension scheme, flexible working hours and a very high standard of ongoing training and development. You will be part of a very busy professional team who thrive on delivering the best care experience to our salon guests.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring and styling
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding the client needs and offering personalised advice
- Ability to work well as a part of a team
- Friendly, reliable and professional
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Ability to provide information on services and retail to clients
- Desire to continue to learn and develop your skills
