We are currently looking for an Optical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Raison Opticians. The post is part-time (20-27.5 hours per week) and to include Saturday morning (but no Sundays or Bank holidays).
As an Optical Receptionist you need to be comfortable working with a mixed patient base and be fully focused on patient care. The job will involve answering the telephone, greeting customers, booking appointments, administration, and taking payments.
Previous experience working within an optical environment is desired but not essential as full training will be provided. However, the right candidate must be competent with computers and confident dealing with the general public in a face to face setting and on the phone.
