We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team based in Liverpool.
In this role, you will be contacting warm leads and speaking with customers about boiler installations, EV charger installations and energy switching opportunities. Your focus will be on understanding customers' needs, providing information on our services, and booking qualified appointments for our installation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm inbound leads by telephone.
- Discuss boiler replacement, EV charger installation and energy switching solutions.
- Qualify customer requirements and book appointments.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service.
- Accurately update customer records and CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales and appointment targets.
What we're looking for:
- Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
