Systems and Projects Coordinator
£30,000-£35,000 plus achievable bonus.

The Role
Due to an exciting period of growth and investment, Apollo Home Healthcare is looking to increase our team by recruiting a Systems and Projects Coordinator to support our ongoing digital transformation. You will support system implementation, training, user support and the adoption of AI and automation across the business. Working with our Systems Lead, you will coordinate rollouts, deliver training, maintain platforms, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Support system implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.

Coordinate projects, implementation plans and UAT.

Provide first-line system support and liaise with suppliers.

Deliver user training; write SOPs and user guides.

Support rollout of digital care records.

Monitor data quality and system usage.

Identify process improvement, automation, and AI opportunities.

Research emerging digital technologies and AI tools.

Maintain project documentation and trackers.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience using/supporting business systems in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent Microsoft 365 skills

Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills

Experience training or coaching system users.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to multitask.

High attention to detail and data quality focus

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Flexible to travel across our branch network.
Desirable skills and experience:

Project or systems implementation coordination experience

Healthcare or regulated sector background

Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
