- Manage the safe arrival and departure of up to 60 children and accurately record attendance.
- Provide overall session oversight, ensuring the five volunteer coaches adhere to the structured training plan and age-appropriate groupings.
- Strictly enforce safeguarding protocols, including the mandatory use of shin pads and ensuring that children are only released to authorised parents/guardians.
- Maintain the first aid kit and manage any minor on-pitch injuries or disputes.
- Administrative Coordination (30 minutes weekly):
- Coordinate weekly 3G pitch bookings and facilitate related online payments.
- Maintain and update digital attendance records (Google Sheets) for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) reporting to Sport England.
- Manage communications with parents via the designated WhatsApp group for weekly updates and reminders.
Requirements:

- Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and duty of care within a sporting context.
- Requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check (or possess a valid existing certificate).
